*In the case of true transperency, we happily do not have contracts or termination fees, with exception of the Free POS Program. If you choose to cancel your merchant account, we only charge if you do not return the equipment. Our policy requires that you process with Gulf Coast Payments for the period of 3 years, then all equipment is yours.
**Please note that the only exception to this includes the POS programs. Due to the high cost of these POS Systems, we impose a 3 year contract on each POS and after the 3 years the POS is yours. If you choose to purchase the POS, there is no contract.
